These crepes have the most incredible taste and quality. Very friendly and kind staff. They have a few dozen crepes to choose from on their menu. I tried a chicken pesto and a mixed fruit, which were delicious. They have gluten free organic buckwheat batter, and if you can’t eat eggs or milk then you should the vegan option. Overall what I’m saying is that this is a must try for everyone. 🙂

Only one word. Their crepes are super AMAZING. Their menu has few dozens of different crepes. When you see it, you want to try one of each. If you never tried their crepes, you should and I promise, you won't be disappointed. I was told they have people are coming from out of town just to get their crepes. And I am not surprised. This was a vendor that I encountered at the Bernardo Winery farmers market. I love crepes and don't get to have them often. I was having a tough time deciding between a sweet or savory crepe. I decided to get both and that was the best decision I've made in a long time. The savory crepe was "eggs au gratin", which was two eggs, brie cheese, and garlic sauce in a buckwheat crepe. It was delicious! The sweet crepe was bananas, vanilla custard, powdered sugar, and honey substituted for Nutella. This was the best dessert that I've had in a long time! While my crepes were being made I got to speak to the owners a little bit. The told me they took over the crepe business from the previous owners that were at the farmers market. They were the nicest people and I really enjoyed talking to them. This was one of the best meals I had on my trip to San Diego and I got to eat it in the beautiful setting of the winery. I can't wait to sample more from Stacy's Crepes in the future!

If your looking for an excellent crepe.... You found your place. Stacy's crepe delivers every time. They are fresh and delicious. My favorite is the savory sunrise with ham with buckwheat batter. If your craving something sweet the strawberry Nutella hits the spot. Highly recommend! You can find them at the farmers market Saturdays in Vista or Lucadia farmers market on Sundays don't miss out.

We hired this amazing crepe company for a holiday party a few weeks back. Scheduling was great, awesome communication and the team arrived on time set up and ready to go ahead of schedule. Crepes were made to order for 50bigger staff members and everyone was loving it! We will definitely Be having them back for another event in 2023!

I first found Stacy's Crepes at a little business park farmers market in RB at the Sony building on Thursdays and followed them to the RB Winery Farmers Market on Fridays. I just cant seem to get enough! Sweet, savory, vegan, gluten free the options are endless!! I have now tried many but always have to get the Lemon Squeeze!! The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the customer services from this lovely family is above all the rest!!! You cant go wrong, the smiles and the food are sure to brighten up your day and make your belly happy!

Stacy's Crepes catered a work event for us and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The crepes were amazing- breakfast, savory, sweet, etc. Alex was very easy to work with on arranging the whole thing for our meeting. The crew was also very pleasant and happy to make anything our employees wanted.

Bottom line- Crepes are fantastic and Alex and team are very nice and easy to work with. We would love to have Stacy's come to a work event again.

The best crepes in San Diego! All fresh ingredients done right before your eyes. From sweet crepes with Nutella to savoury with smoked salmon and garlic sauce. Even gluten free options and vegan. Definitely recommend to anyone for breakfast or lunch 🙂

Stacy's Crepes gets TEN stars -- five stars for working with the owner, Alex, as a vendor and five stars for their DELICIOUS crepes!

I was tasked with finding food trucks for an event with my son's elementary school. Our school had done pizza, hot dogs, tacos, and other typical food truck fare, I wanted to do something different. And after reading the Stacy's Crepes' Yelp reviews, I knew I had to contact them about coming.

The owner, Alex, was great to work with. Very responsive to my initial (and subsequent) messages/phone calls and willing to work at our two-hour event that historically didn't have a huge attendance (even though we knew this year would be different and have a larger attendance). The day of the event, Alex and his staff (I'm guessing his family) showed up on time, set up prior to event starting and were ready to serve food when the event started. They broke down their work space and cleaned up everything nicely!

Now the crepes!! Stacy's Crepes has a menu of 29 crepes of sweet and savory crepes and different prices ranges, suitable for all palates and pockets. I didn't get to try them all but I will admit I had more than my fair share of crepes the night of our event and they were delicious!! My favorite type of crepe, cinnamon sugar with butter, was so yummy -- I had two that night! We also tried the kids ham and cheese and my son's favorite, bacon and egg which I thought were great!

I received feedback from attendees who agreed the crepes were delicious! Many people, including the teacher in charge of the event, hope they will be back for future school events.

They were at my kid's school and the crepes were delicious, tried several different ones. My favorite was the peasant, but the shroom special was amazing too. The staff was super friendly, highly recommend!

Stacy's crepes have a variety of sweet, breakfast, and savory fillings with a choice of Organic Gluten-free Buckwheat batter or the original white batter. Amazingly they also have vegan options. Everything on the menu looked appetizing, and I finally settled on a California savory crepe which consisted of cheese, turkey, tomatoes, avocado, and spinach complimented by their special, one of a kind garlic sauce. Even though there was a line, my crepe was done quickly and with excellence. My lunch was extremely filling and delicious!!!! Totally recommend this!

Love love love these crepes!) so yummy! I actually didn't like anything with lemon before I've tried their lemon squeeze; and my favorite one comes with mushrooms, cheese, ham and spinach, unfortunately, don't remember the name of it. My toddler loves cheese and ham crepe for kids. This is the place we go every Friday!

Oh Wow! What an experience! GREAT JOB!!! I never knew that someone can make a crepe so delicious. If you've never been here I highly recommend it and you will be greatly surprised by the variety of the menu and all of the options that Stacy's Crepes offer. This can be your breakfast, lunch, or even both and add on top of that a really nice dessert. This is at Farmers Market and the quality beats any high-end restaurant. I was delighted to eat Salmon Delight Crepe. This is a full meal of itself and the taste of their homemade sauce makes this crepe A Delight. Now for dessert Pearisian Dream should be a dream for everyone to taste. Bottom line great service, great food, and a wonderful family operated business. See you soon.

These are the best crêpes I've ever tried!!! Made from all fresh (and even organic) ingredients right in front of you! They also have a lot of vegan choices, breakfast, lunch and dessert types of crêpes. I think they have around 30 menu options and all look amazing. My kids loved the "kids turkey and cheese" crêpes and of course they wanted to try "banana Nutella" which were delicious and topped their cravings. I had the new Pearisian Dream with pears and caramel which exceeded my expectations, not too sweet and pears gave it nice crunch and was perfectly paired with caramel. Overall we had a great experience, super friendly staff, delicious and beautiful crêpes!! Will definitely come back here. Thank you!
